hello ximeiguang, I took my elderly neighbour to the doctors recently because she suffers from hemorrhoids as well, she wanted to have them removed, the doctor advised her against that as it is a very painful procedure so I did a bit of research for her and found out if you use a a product you can buy from the healthfood shop called "witch hazel" and keep dabbing it on the problem and even go to bed with tissues or something with witch hazel on it on the area, it actually shrinks the hemorrhoid..then you must eat more fibre to make yourself more regular so straining does not occur...it worked great for my neighbour, try it but you must make yourself regular...hope that helps you...
