gold... or silver???

I actually prefer silver. I think it has a nice shine to it. Gold is softer and doesn't wear as well and I like silver or white gold....most of my jewelry is of this metal.

I prefer silver, I think gold makes my skin look yellow. Plus I have an alergy to some gold. I can't wear gold earing at all, or my ears swell up like balloons, they get bright red and really hot. I can't wear silver in my ears either, but the reaction takes longer, and is less painful, so if I decide to adorn my ears its always silver. I think I now have the same allergy on my hands, as my engagement ring has been causing a reaction. BUMMER!! ANyway, I told my fiance he needs to find a silver band and get the stone set in it.

I like gold better also. More goes with gold and it is also more expensive and prettier

I love silver a lot. I just don't have a lot too! hahahha...I am just attracted to silver, the real one!

I wore only gold jewelry for years. I'd decided silver didn't go well with my skin tone - if you have more olive tone to your skin I thought the gold complimented it a little better. Then I fell in love with jewelry with turquoise stones in it and, of course, that only comes with silver. As I began to collect the turquoise jewelry, I now have less gold. Now I wear the silver I guess we can change and the silver doesn't look bad.

I prefer platinum. But given the choice between gold and silver I would pick silver. I do not like the yellow tint that gold has on my skin.

I look better in silver because the gold makes my skin look more sallow - and its yellow enough as it is.

I like gold very much. I don't like the colour if silver. gold is very bright in colour. so I like it most.

I am a silver Girl. Evenso I like my golden bands (wedding and mothers day rings), but if you have me pick for just enjoyment I prefer Silver.

I don't wear silver or gold jewellery usually - just coloured stuff - because I like quite a lot of eclectic (sp) stuff. If I have to choose between the 2 though I'd go for silver (or white gold...) because it looks best with my skin tone - and I think that gold can oftern look a bit too much. AND I realy don't have the money to be buying anything, whether it's gold, or silver!
