"Mercy Killing"

If you are terminally ill and had suffered excruciating pain, had experienced severe paralysis or in some cases suffering from severe depressions, will you ask your doctor to arrange your death? It is mercy killing, an assisted suicide. It uses a lethal injection of potassium chloride, which in some countries are used by doctors to end the patients suffering and the burdens of their relatives. Do we realy have the right to end our lives or on others? Does it bring good or evil to the one who assisted it( the doctors)? Is mercy killing should be allowed?

It really depends especially when the person you love is suffering from pain and if he is really terminally ill... this will be a hard decision though on my part, I would like to hold on to it.. you know for miracle but I can't stand seeing the person I love suffers especially if he would tell me that he is so tired and ready to go... So I guess it really depends on that person who is feeling the pain. But I still do hope for miracles though there are times that there are none...

Living everyday is one good example of God's given miracle or whatever others may think where it came from, the air you breath the water you drink and the family we enjoyed with, are part of this daily miracles. So evrytime there's a miracle.

I don't favor euthanasia at all because as the old saying goes, "While there is life there is hope." Not even if the situation is not fitting. I would rather let the person die according to how God destined it rather than we decide. If we do that, we're playing like we're more merciful than God. Sometimes, miracles could happen in split seconds. If the person would be mercy killed, there will be a never ending "What if" questions that would linger in the minds of those left behind, and possible unresolved guilts on the those who gave their consent after it was done.

I agree with your response with all my heart and with all my soul. A few humans consider euthanasia as the ultimate key to end their sufferings, without noticing they have just started a new one.

mercy killing is not a good thing .....thought its leegal in some countries..........why dont you kill yourself and see how you fell when you die......no pain.......not experienced ........then you will talk about such things........just kill your self once.......you wont get life again even to think what happend to you ...........

If a person is terminal it is (in my opinion) to help them to end their life. It is a burden on the families emotional and financial lives. I think that it is the financial rewards of keeping a person alive and how much it cost that is the real reason that doctors do whatever they can to keep a person alive. Also if a person is in terrible pain all of the time and there is no cure for what ails them or if they have no quality of life then it is alright to end their suffering, after all we do it for animals and do not think twice about it, and we are animals too. When it is my time I hope that it is quick so that I don't have to suffer such as people that have cancer and take many hears of suffering to finally die.

I also heard that euthanasia is being accepted in some countries. But for me, I still dont go for it. Because I believe that when theres life theres always hope and chance to live. Even cancer victims are cured by something that doctors cant explain sometimes. So meaning God works when we dont expect it. And since He is the owner of our lives, He is the only one who has the right to take the life that He lend to us. In His time...

if i really suffer so much, i'll just consider mercy killing,, well, if i'm really going to die, why die later if you can die now? plus seeing your family sad and worrying about your feelings, end it also by asking the doctor to mercy kill you...

No one even your self, has the right to end life, even if you suffer of too much pain because of illnesses or for any other reasons. For me its against the will of God and the will of man. But there's is nothing wrong about your opinion, all I can say is thanks for your response and your opinion.

They have said it all, I don't care if its morally wrong or not, I don't even have to ask my doctor. If I am terminally ill, if anyone won't then I'll do it.
