Co-Workers

Wouldnt it be nice if you could switch places with the other one, that way they can sit side by side and fight while you are in another room somewhere.

As long as your arent involved in the fighting, I say enjoy the show (as long as it isnt interfering with your work of course). BTW, Happy Secretaries Day :)

I've been in a similar situation, although it wasn't in an office. I worked in a manufacturing cell with two women who just could not get along. The truth is that neither one really got along well with anybody, anyway. They would try to get me to take sides, but I wouldn't do it and tried to stay on friendly terms with them both. Otherwise, I just ignored their spats. If I were in your situation, I would go to them first, let them know their behavior is disrupting my work and to take their arguments somewhere else. If that is not effective, then it is time to go to your supervisor.

Do whatever you think is best. If you have to face this everyday you will eventually dread going to work. Adult professionals should know better than act so childish and unprofessional on the job.

Maybe you should ask them if they would like their desk closer so they don't have to talk as loud or so you aren't caught in the middle. Or maybe you should just start a casual conversation with the admin and mention it. Heck tell them you overheard a conversation and someone said something to admin and you just wanted to warn them. That may help.
