Question About Nita

For those of you who don't know, Nita is the Indian girl who runs one of the stores. I am currently watching the first episode of Eastenders (on Youtube) and there is an Indian couple who are setting up their business there and the woman says they are new. I wonder if they and Nita are related? Could these two be Nita's parents? What do you all think?

Hubby and I used to love the show "Northern Exposure"! Then they lost it.. the writer's that is.. and a main actor quit thinking he could make it big in movies (which he didn't). But one of these days I really do need to see if I can find the good seasons.. I'd like to buy the DVD's. So I should search on ebay! Would make a good birthday or Christmas gift for hubby!
