Is it true that the rich just want to get richer?

I do not understand why? I figured if I was rich, say a millionaire, and if I was still bringing in money, a lot of my money would be used to help others. Maybe I am thinking this way because I am one of the "others." I am sure it has to do with standard of living. I am living a 900 sq. ft. apartment with a husband and 2 kids so my standard of living is pretty low. If we were to have a 1400 sq. ft. house, I would be ecstatic. I think even if I were a millionaire, I would live the same life style I do now. I wouldn't go out and get a huge house where I wouldn't even use 95% of the space. I just think that is absurd and wasteful. I have a feeling I will one day become a millionaire and maybe I will eat my words, but I think a lot of rich folks spend money on nonsense. I know that a lot of them do good with their money also, don't get me wrong.

I think it is the fact that it is human nature it always want more. If you are poor you want enough money to get by. When you have enough money to get buy, you want a little more so that you can enjoy yourself once in a while. When you can do that, you want more money, so you don't have to worry about bills etc. When you don't have to worry about bills, you want more money for home improvements etc and things go on like that.

The few rich we have come in contact with, (most of them) have become rich with hard work and a goal set to be just that, but somewhere along the way, they lost focus and are now rich at the expense of others. They are mean, angry, greety people. Then on the other hand, I know just a small number that are rich and big hearted and beautiful people. I have a huge problem with waistfulness and those that have the freedom to choose to be that way.

men who were in tough time look to the bright future as their source of moving on,such as a rich man,and help others, but when they come to it,the things go to the contrary---their lives become more and more corruptive and find no way to return. Some historic famous writers were the loving prooves of it.The needs of human being is ever endless!
