Someone who really irritates you

Has there ever been anyone that you have know whom has totally got under you hair? No matter what you do, they just won't leave you alone? They do whatever they can to irritate you and what is so bad is that most of the time they know they are...This has happened to me! How about you,MyLotters?

I have one person my mother in law whom i find just too irritating and would be most happy without her. She is a complete nuisance for me always trying toplay a spoilsport and create problems in my life. And the relationship is such that its not easy to ignore. I would be much much happier if i didnt have this women in my life.
