First yardsale of the year!

Anyone had theirs already? We are setting our up today. Running it through Saturday. Next month our neighborhood is having a big block sale and I will have several families setting up shop in my yard. So a couple of us thought we'd have a preview sale. I usually hold one about once a month from May to October. I don't rake in tons, but on average $20 a shot. My biggest ever raked in $80. I'm hoping to beat that this year.

I love having yard sales but only have them when I've got alot to go out LOL We've always done quite well at our yard sales actually our biggest one was back in Canada when our son was in the hospital still..we sold ALOT of stuff and made over $600 that day....
I'm GOING to my first yard sale on May 10th...LOL its actually a massive group of yard sales etc goin on at once at the Erie Fairgrounds in Hamburg NY...I can't wait!!! LOL I figure i'll have a yard sale in May or maybe June..

WOW! $600 I don't think I've ever had that much to sell! Or maybe I just price my stuff too cheap? I watch these home make over shows that rake in thousands, I just don't know how they do it.

There have not been any yard sales by my house yet this year.
I suppose I will have to get something started with the
neighbors.
