do you use face powder?

I don't like using any make-up, especially face powders as they clog up your pores and are unhealthy for your skin. It's best to just let your skin breathe. I wouldn't have thought that apply it 4 or 5 times a day would do your friends any good. It might make them look smooth and blemish-free on the outside, but think about what's happening underneath it! If they didn't keep using these products then maybe their skin would clear up and in the longer term they wouldn't actually need to us it at all, if you see what I mean! I'd rather have the natural look if it means that my skin's healthier.

Some use so many cosmetics, what you say is right Shiloh, Sometimes you get so many smells from a person that you fail to understand what particular smell that one is. Infact a talcum powder helps you when there is lots of humidity. It reduces the perspiration you have and with that reduces the shine on your skin. But some say it blocks the sweat pores and so it is not good. I personally do not like to use Talcum powder. Only a compact which I use for the face. Otherwise I do not use much cosmetics at all. I am a very simple person that way. I have a moisturizer, a lipstick maybe and kajal or an eye liner That's all. I like to dress simple.

Certain powders can be good to absorb excess oil if you suffer from oily skin, but most of the time they're just used to even the appearance of your skin tone and reduce shine. You might need to be careful about wearing make-up on your face too often as it can clog the pores.

I dont like those stuff either. I only use it only on special occasions. hehehe Bt some products are ok. Face powders give me break outs though.

i use powder when ever i go to some parties except that i never use powder , my friends also use a lot but its not good to use them . Its better not to use it daily ....

not anymore...since I left my job! No point in getting all gunked up. But for the sake of discussion, I prefer tinted moisturizer cuz I kinda have dry skin--for the most part.=)

I think I had my first pressed powder when I was in high school. It has a violet compact and very small, very girly. hehehe.. I like it, my mother bought it for me. Since then, I always have pressed powder. And I bought it myself hehehe.. Wherever I go I always bring my make up stuff most importantly my powder. I think it's what most women has among other make up stuff. All women who wears make up has pressed powder.

Hi shiloh, I apply face powder sometimes before going to work so that my face doesn’t look so oily. I believe face powder is cleaner than dust so I always use face powder whenever I have outdoor activities. I also would apply face powder thinly before attending any specially occasion and hope this could make me to look decent.

Yes, I definitely need face powder. It's one of my staple cosmetic item and I use it every single day. I feel that it is a very important item. It helps to keep one's skin smooth and poreless or at least that's what the powder helps the skin to look that way. So that's why I find it such a useful product. Face powder can also be used to help absorb oil so it's also very useful ffor you if you have oily skin. You can apply it as often as you like. Just blot the oil from your face and touch up with powder.

Yes, I do. i use face powder everyday. I have oily skin so I always use it take off the shine on my face. I'm not very fond of putting on much make up. I just put face powder, apply eyeliner and put lip gloss. I think a little make up enhances the way we look. Putting makeup is not bad as long as you make it a point to clean your face well before going to bed.
