I had been beaten by the bottle
for22 years from 1970.
I sobered up in 2 Sep 1992.
For the past 14 years plus
I am leading a contented life .
I am happy,joyous and free from
the bondage of self .
Thanks to 12 step programmes
like aa and na.

That is great, I have ben clean for 1 year this month. I am so happy now. My life has turned around. Thanks to AA and NAs support.
