Carbon Footprints in the Sand

One night a greenie had a dream. He dreamed he was walking along the beach with Al Gore. Acroos the sky flashed bits of the disappearing Ozone Layer. By the light of each flash he noticed two sets of Carbon Footprints; one belonging to him, the other to Al Gore. When the last bit of the Ozone Layer flashed out of existence he looked back at the Carbon Footprints. He noticed that many times along the path there was only one Carbon Footprint big enough to notice. He also saw that it happened during the brightest, saddest flashes of burning Ozone. This bothered him, so he asked Al Gore about it. Gore replied, "My precious, precious minion, I love the earth and would never leave a Carbon Footprint that wasn't Neutral.
