The most annoying part for me is when i have to rock the baby to sleep, or just hold him b/c hes not in a play on the ground mood. I have real bad wrists and when i hold him, or rock him to sleep my wrists start killing me and its so painful. Does anyone know how to release the pressure on my wrists so that it doesnt hurt as much?

I try to support the weight with my arm on the rocker. And I hold her up higher , that also seems to help take the weight off . Good luck!

I dont have a rocker, so i dont really have a arm to hold my arm up, sometimes i put a pillow under my arm, but hes picky sometimes and likes to be laying a certain way which leaves me no chance to have a leverage for my arm. I guess i can just always put the pillow there first. But with him crying b/c hes hungry all i think about is hurry and get the bottle ready and feed him. LOL thanks for the advice

maybe you could lay down with him while he takes his bottle and until he falls asleep I do this a lot with my daughter ,and then I move her to crib!
