How much money do you think your job should pay you?

How much do you think you're worth at work? Do you think you should be paid more? If so, then what's the reason behind the same? Remember, a company does not care about the sacrifices you make. It only cares about its own profits. So how much do you think you make your company and do you think you're compensated adequately in return?

With the cost of living these days, in order to survive, I think everyone should be paid 20 dollars an hour, including me!
