Me? My Papa always used Maxwell House when i was growing up. Imagine my schock when i was old enough to realize that all those other cans had coffee in them also! I had been under the impression that the blue can was IT. Now of course i have faced reality and switch back and forth between Folgers and Maxwell house!

Me, I personally prefer Folgers, but with the price of gas going up, I am starting to prefer which ever one is on sale.

My grandmother had a cafe du monde can of coffee that she kept a mix of RD and CDM coffee's in. At work we have Cafe Bustillo cans, but they all have CDM coffee. What he was doing isn't rare at all.

That is a great experience regarding coffee. Hey, have you guys ever thought of making a smoothie or collada, mixing crushed ice, ice cream, and coffee? That is really awesome. You guys should try it someday. My favorite coffee is hazelnut. My favorite ice cream is light vanilla. If I want I will add creamer; my favorite flavor is hazelnut. Let me know what you think.

I like both Maxwell House and Folgers both. I tend to go for the Maxwell House for it's cheaper than the folgers where I go to buy it.

I love both brands that you have mentioned in your discussion. I always enjoy coffee a lot. I add milk or cream to my coffee. For flavored coffee, I love hazelnut. For cream, I love light hazelnut. What I do with my leftover coffee, I make smoothie or collada. Or I will make iced coffee with my left over coffee. Yeah, I enjoy Maxwell House and Folgers.

I love coffee and most flavored creamers but i just cant do the iced coffee thing. Besides i NEVER have leftover coffee. Now the smoothie sounds like something i would like to try.

I think both taste terrible. I really prefer Community Coffee, which is made in my homestate of Louisiana. It is very good. You can even purchase it online. When I run out of Community Coffee, I buy the Millhouse coffee from Walmart. It is surprisingly good.

I usually just buy the store brand. I drink coffee every morning but I have never developed a sensitive palate I guess. Any of it will suit me if it's strong enough I guess. Now my 11 year old started drinking coffee with his milk in the mornings when he was about three and continued to have to have it every morning up until about six months ago. I think he was about six years old, I don't know what I tried to serve him but he promptly put down his cup in discust and told me he was going to grannies to get a cup of good coffee. I didn't say anything because I was too shocked, but my first thought was 'When did you become a coffee connoisseur?'
