Are Indians allowed to join Alertpay. I am in India. I have not got validation mail though I tried twice. Is there anyone from India who is Alertpay member?

Yes Indians are allowed their but it is not easy to get money from them in your bank account. Paypal is easy for Indians.

Yes Indians are allowed to join alertpay. You can see India is listed in their country list.
maybe your validation mail is in your bulk/spam folder. check that out. if your using hotmail then surely it is in the spam folder. I hate hotmail. they are the worst mail service provider I have ever seen.
