What I think would be fair is if everyone got the same type of sentence for tax evasion. Being a celebrity should not get you off the hook. I also think that the letter sent in by his friends was dumb. Did they really think the judge would let him off with a slap on the wrist because Denzel, Woody, and Judge Joe Brown think he is a nice guy?

What I don't think is fair is that Wesley got jail time. I don't like to seem racist, but it seems that every time that a white actor gets caught for tax evasion, they are given probation or a small fine in addition to having to pay the back taxes, while black celebrities get jail time. Things should be equal across the board, either give them all jail time, or all probation and fines. Better yet, they should all be locked up, for two reasons. One, they are people like the rest of us, and they have to pay taxes as well; and two, they have all this money and its this hard to put aside 10% for taxes, come on now!!! This is just as bad as the Ex-Bengal, Chris Henry, getting stopped by the police for expired tags!!!
