Paypal Premier/Business Account is completely free, right? In otherword's what i'm asking is, there is no monthly charge or anything to that sort, right? So if I got it and let's say didn't really do anything with it all year that I wouldn't get some huge bill I have to pay just for having a premier/business account right? I know there are fees associated with actually using it to certain extents. What i'm trying to ask here is that there is no membership fee or anything a month for just having the card, right? Hope this was clear! Also, any kind of information you can tell me when it comes to what fees they charge for general use would be helpful too.

It is completely free. Only thing is if you had any money sent to that account, they will charge you fees for that. They are taking out right away from the money sent to you and nothing further. No hidden fees. I have been with paypal for about 5 years or so.

They are free, but when you receive money the fees are different. For the Premier it is .30 + % of the transaction amount. No membership fee or fee for having the card

I've had a Premier account on PayPal for a few years now, because I need to accept payments via Credit Card, some times. I have not been charged regularly for the account, so I would have to say that it is free. There's a fee for accepting money, but then agian with PayPal there always is.

If you say in terms of monthly fees then there is no fees. But when you transtacts I mean to say when you withdraw money then they will deduch a certain percentage of the amount.you can send money or receive money freely without giving any fees.

Yeah it's free. I've had a business account for 8 years and have never received any sort of fee or anything. The normal usage fees are a little different for certain things than they are for the standard accounts though, but you can find the exact numbers on the site.
