Do You Eat Lobsters?

Some people love eating lobsters. What about you, are you a lover of lobsters?
I have worked around lobsters for many years and have served them in restuarants.
Some folks think they have a rawish taste to them, But if you serve it with a nice Garlic,, corn on the cob butter and lemon juice sauce; that gives it a good flavor.
Served up with some delicious Caribbean rice and peas, coleslaw, corn -on -the- cob etc. Very tasty. Served with a nice glass of wine of your choice. You couldn't ask for more.
It is served Caribbean Style.

I haven't eaten much lobster, I never liked anything from the sea so I think maybe if I tried it again I might change my mind though.

Hi dear, thanks for responding. Yes, many people dont eat sea foods.
Don't feel bad about that at all, am sure your taste buds are attracted to other good foods. I don't eat clams at all.
It's really our preferences. Maybe there is another sea that to you is better tasting than a lobster.

i like sharp that is all i like in sea food i never try lobster and i dont think i would like it

I have not had fresh lobster since I left the North East over a dozen years ago. I like it somewhat - I do better having my husband ordering a lobster and then sampling some of his. I prefer the tails to the central region - it may be the taste but it might also be that greenish black gunk that turns me off of it! We cooked our own fresh lobster once I reiterate ONCE - would much prefer having it cooked for me, I should have remembered the time my brother and I bought our folks lobster to cook when we were all camping in Nova Scotia.

Lobsters have a better taste when they are fresh; and that is really how most folks like to eat them.
They like seeing them in their traps surrounded by water; and choosing the ones they would like to eat. Those are what we call fresh lobsters!
What kind of lobsters do they have on tha side of the globe. We have some pretty big sizes here, lots of baby ones too.

I love lobster so much! But it cost high here in our place. But if there is a chance, I like eating it. Specially the kind of menu where it is with coconut milk. I like its taste.

Lobster in coconut milk! That sounds tasty; never heard of such a dish? How do you prepare that thou?
People cook them with different recipes.
With a nice prepared sauce, it is really delicious.
Maybe someday I would like to try out your recipe.

i never eat lobsters i like shrip but that is far as it goes for me bf can eat squid i dont know how he does i try squid before and it made me sick so i stay a way for sea food i dont really eat shrip that much i guess people like what they like
