Tags for Discussions

As the title suggests this discussion is about tags. Don't you think that the text area for tags should be on the same page as the one where you type your response to the discussion. I often feel really annoyed that their exists a separate page just for the tags.

I do feel the same thing herein mylot. we have seperate pages for posting discussion, a seperate page for adding tags. If all are in the same page, it would be good and easy too. cheers! keep posting and have fun

Yes the star ratings are important, but it is just that you have to bear loading times of two different pages for just one response. Thanks for the comment.

I don't mind the tags either way. Most of the time I won't tag my responses to discussions but always tag my own discussions.

YEs it will be good and simple if we can submit tag from the same page.But there is no problem when we skip the tag.If we post our post then the page comes to add the tag.But the post already posted.Thanks

For me tag is important, the way I see it, it is being use by the system as a search keyword.

No no buddy, I am not saying that tags are not important. I am just saying that they could have placed that tags input box on the same page as where we type the response. it would save time and processing by the server itself.

O yeah, I was too fast then. Well I agreed, they should put extra textbox below the message box where we type the tags then include the tag code into post comment button. that's nice.thanks for correcting me..
