Not always, I have a lot of childhood friends I never had a partner of them. so, I do not think so. there is no relation between being a childhood friend and becoming a partner.

sometimes it will be.
but i think it is first that both persons should have the same topic,then they could know each other well.

yes Ideally they might have a better chance. At least they wouldnt have to tell everything because that person would already know, and really their wouldnt be in deep dark secrets to keep, and the person would also know the parents and more than likely the parents would approve.
