If you do, read this. Stress vitamins can do more harm than good when your body was on a stress. Take this inexpensive yet great alternative in curing your own stress, the body tends to decrease its absurption of calcium and increase its excretion. Other nutrients excreted in excess are potassium, zinc and magnesium. this is where stress developed. Calcium can be found in plentyful supply of milk, fortified soy beverages or large servings of green vegetables, potassium is present in many fruits, vegetables, legumes and nuts, zinc and magnesium can be supplied by eating whole grains, nuts and legumes. Also needed was Vitamin C, since the adrenal glands are involved in physiological stress and these glands contain large amount of vitamin c, you can easily get enough of it in food, so when under unsual stress, be sure to eat sufficient amount of foods that I recommended.

Good food is good for the body. No amount of vitamins can compensate for the healthy food we are eating. Me, I dont usually drink vitamins, once in a while but not always.
