Do you love Vegetables, specialy Carrots?

I love eating carrots, from raw to cooked, it has great source of beta-carotene that helps our body in preventing deseases such as cancers. But take note "what is too much is not good", too much of this kind of vegetable intake, lets say for example 6 pounds a day, it can turn your skin into a sickly yellowish color, which you might suspect that hepatitis striken you. Moderate intake of food is enough, to help our body prevent certain deseases.

When I was a kid I really dont like vegetables. Even when I reach college, I prefer to eat fish or meat. But this time, when I become older and older, I am now a bit particular with my health. So I need to eat some vegetables, to make a balance on my diet. I came to like carrots, beans, cabbage, and others...
