Is Freebieforce.com a scam?

I came across a site called www.freebieforce.com. They charge one 9.95 signup fee and claim you can make money from it. I don't really care about making the money, I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with them and if you can really get the freebies they tell you. And I will find it hard to believe from the people that are telling me how great it is then giving me their referral link.

i haven't heard about them but if they charge i wouldn't do or trust it

Thats what I was thinking, but I was also thinking if its good enough I might be willing to pay more for it. I guess what I'm really wondering is if its really worth the 9.99 per month or not.

maybe im extremely frugal or something but i wouldnt pay 9 bucks one time much less monthly but that is just me
