Over or under. Which way should the toilet paper roll? I say Under... And you?

I'm a firm believer that toilet paper should flow under the roll. Recently however, I've noticed that many people have the toilet paper going over the roll, which I believe makes for a potential mess if say you got a fast roller. You run the risk of using more than you need because it's harder to break off the flow. I'm PepperAnn and I approve this message. But by all means share your opinion.
