Who was the first Prime minister or president of your country?

our first president is Emilio Aguinaldo. We dont have prime minister though.

General George Washington was our first President of the United States. He did not really wish to be President. His wife was Martha Washington. Washington just wanted to go into retirement after winning the war against England and securing America's independance from England which we still celebrate on the 4th of July. Shalom~Adoniah
