yes I remember that commercial w/ the owl. I have never tested it but it would be funny if someone did huh? lol I think i will try it just to find out. Now my curiosity is up.

You know what, I actually tried this a few times way back when LOL. I discovered it really depends on the Tootsie Pop. One was very stubborn and after 900 licks I still had not found the tootsie roll center...I gave up and bit it, it was a very small tootsie roll on the bottom near the stick. But another time, I gave it three whole licks and there it was! The tootsie roll center was not so centered and was quite easily and quickly uncovered. Ahh... I miss those commercials.

I would never have the pataince to get to the toosti e roll by licking!
