Swimsuit season

Well, most ladies will understand where I am coming from on this discussion. We all know how hard it is to find a swimsuit.
However, I went shopping with some friends last night and my daughter and I actually bought the first one that I tried on. I was so excited!!
I found an awesome swimsuit at JC Penny. It is a 2 piece but actually had some material to it. It looks like a tank top and a skirt. The top is so dressy that you could put it with a jacket and wear it as a shirt to a nice dinner. It is black and silver and I just love it!!
Anyway, who hates to shop for swimsuits? I know I usually do.

JC Penney you say? That's it! I love black and silver, and I need a new swimsuit for this year. I put on some weight and the ones that I already have won't fit me. I happen to have a gift card too. Going there could either mae me happier or more depressed. UGH! Maybe I should wait until I'm in a better mood. Plus the place will be packed on a crappy day like today. I hate shopping for clothes in general, espcially bathing suits.

Go now as they are on sale. The suit that I bought was originally $38 a piece and I got them for like $21 a piece. If you have a gift card that is even better. GO NOW!!

Thanks for the best response, and most of all, thanks for telling me about the great deal. I went and got the blank and silver one like you mentioned, as well as the animal print one. Only have $1 and change left on the gift card because I opened a JC Penny credit card and got 20% off the order!!! Happy, happy, joy, joy! Thanks again!!!!

Me, I do. I don't like wearing a swimsuit period but did buy a tankini with bottoms last year when we travelled to Florida. It's the first one I have bought in many years. It's an underwire tankini which is great because it holds everything and hides my tummy area too haha!

That sounds like a nice suit. That is why I bought my new suit too as we are planning a trip this summer.

I hate literally hate, swimming suit shopping!!!!
plus I have two teenager girls that I hate hate and more hate finding tops for. they are 14 and large is almost two small...
Oh well we will keep shopping til we find the right one... all summer!

I have a teen daughter too so I understand. Happily, she still wears a medium top but I am sure it won't be long. She wears a two piece all of the time and has a really cute one that she got last year. I hope she wears it again this year.

I do not like shopping for swimming suits! Maybe if I was a little younger or smaller I would like doing it but...LOL..I am glad you found one! I think JC Penneys has very nice clothing and when you find a sale there it's really a sale! I am glad I don't have to find a new suit!

I usually don't buy one but I needed one this year as we are going to the beach for a vacation and we may take a cruise soon so I had to have one that I felt comfortable wearing.
I found some great deals at Jc Penney and I think that I would like to have a charge card for there. I will have to see about getting one.

I know. I was thrilled and it is such a versatile suit as I know that I will wear the top out to dinner some time soon.
