When you make a layout and put everything in that u want... you'll have to pick DO NOT SCROLL or SCROLL WITH PAGE
well...when I pick do not scroll,my layout pic scrolls with the page, when I pick scroll with page... it scrolls with the page...
What is an HTML code to make the layout pic stay in place? When i scroll my profile i want only my info and interests to scroll...not the pic.

use fixed....
i think this is the css code for that...
background attachment: fixed;
replace scroll....
