Why do they treat their employees so bad? Why are they just a number, not a person?

They do because they know they can, and they know if you don't like it, they can replace you! Some states passed this stupid bill that they tried to sell to the public, telling them it would be good for them. A right to work type bill. The only people it profitted was the employers and gave them the right to pay what they want and do as they please. I am so thankful that so far our state has not passed this bill, and if I have anything to say about it, it will never pass. From what I have heard, it has been a real nightmare in some instances and turns the employers that are already jerks into even bigger jerks! Don't get me wrong, there still are good honest employers out there, but there has always been the jerks too, the ones who shaft anyone who gets in their way and enjoy any little bit of power that they might have and with this bill now they just have more power to feed their little egos.

well you know that sometimes the management see only the numbers and not the person behind the numbers... that is why sometimes decisions like this are discussed in an management office... so the owners only see the numbers and not the people.. they will just the board and not the people working hard... bcoz if they see them do you think they will still have the heart to fire them? it would definitely haunt them for the rest of their lives... they would always see the face of a mother working hard for her child... a father who works hard for his family and ofcourse the faces of broken dreams... do you agree with me??

I agree with you, if they had a heart. But these big top notches didn't get to where they are with a heart. Thank you for responding to my post.
