When you wish upon a star...

...what do you wish for? Do you wish for yourself or for others, or both? What kinds of things (materiz or not) do you wish for? If you don't wish upon a star, why not?

I wish that one of my books would become a best seller...because if it did.....then I would be free to help my kids...to travel to see them whenever I wanted and my dream would totally come true!

My first one is An Ax in the Sandbox...a contemporary novel....and To Touch a Heart is a collection of heart warming short stories and poetry. I just finished the last rewrite on a romance....hopefully I can sell it to a publisher.....the first two I published myself!

On occasion I'll be outside and revert back to childhood, wishing on a star. I always wish that peace and comfort would pour into me and my family's lives. Things are chaotic, and nothing is more important to me than them.

I don't wish upon a star because the star can't hear it. They are just creatures of the one who can hear prayers. So your wish is just a wish but a prayer is more sincere and if you have the right relationship with the Creator of stars, He can answer you and grant your prayers. I hope you'll not be offended with my response!

Now, i can't tell ya that. LOL If i did, than my wish wouldn't come true, now would it? LOL Nah, i'm just kidding with ya. if i do wish upon a star i usually wish for things like to bring me money or something. LOL some people don't think that it's true, but i do. HEY! everybody's entitled to their own opinions aren't they? LOL
