How do I maximize my earnings here? Calling all online earners

I'm new at myLot. I don't know this thing works. Do you really get paid here? Because frankly, my main reason why I joined myLot is to earn extra money. Practicing independence while you're still studying I believe is very essential. To those who are alreay EARNING online. I need some help here. :D

i believe they well really pay. i haven't got paid yet coz i haven't reached the minimum cashout.
