Always heard people around said about Monday blue, which bring the meaning that they have no mood to work on Monday. Do you feel the same also? In your opinion, what has made you to have such feeling? Is it because you have been rest during weekend? Welcome to share...

I used to have Blue Mondays often with I worked out in the workplace. For me it was hard to hit the ground running again after a weekend of rest and relaxation. Plus I would sometimes get overwhelmed on the drive into work on Mondays, just think of all that lay ahead of me for the week.

Yes, it is so great, as you are not facing the common problem which i mentioned. You are right, the nature of work, working environment and colleagues as well, are those aspect that can make people get rid of Monday blue even you have come back from long holiday! Wednesday blue? haha, this is the first time i heard about it. Anyway, thanks for the sharing~

I frequently get the *Monday blues* especially after having a really good weekend. It's often just the thought of going back to the weekly routine.

Hi recycledgoth, i believe most of the people having the same feeling like us, hehe~ For me, i normally already start feel a bit tension on Sunday afternoon. This is because, tomorrow is MOnday again, and i need to get back to my work. Is really boring :(

That might have been true when I was in school but I don't work in an office and that is a good thing for me because I can work anytime I like. I do have a pretty stable emotional gears and I don't go off in one direction and the next moment the opposite direction. I guess I am just the boring type.

I usually get together with friends on weekend, and get home on Sunday evening, exhausted and tired. I want to enjoy more sleep and rest on Monday morning, but have to wake up and go to work. There will be 5 days ahead to come the weekend, and i don't even know what will happen. Monday is a week's beginning, although in fact Sunday is, but i will take Monday, because i won't work on Sunday. Sometimes it's just hard to begin sth, especially sth differnent. I don't like my job very much, that's why my Monday's much bluer. When it comes to Tuesday, i'd a little bit get accustomed to the situation. And Wednesday evening, i will give myself a rest as it's middle of the week. Thursday, Friday i'd count down, much happier than Monday of course.

Yes, agree on what you said, our Monday will become much more Bluer if you do not like the job. I actually experienced before, i only get use to working mood after Wednesday, hehe~ For the first 2 or 3 days of the week, once i reach office in the morning, i just countdown for lunch hour; after lunch, i just countdown to go back, haha :)
