Internet explorer is slower than firefox

I downloaded firefox recently and immediately noticed the difference between firefox and internet explorer. looks like i'd be able to post more than when I used ie. I really like firefox now. ^_^ How about you guys, any similar experiences?

yes it is faster and better. I prefer it to explorer plus you can open multiple pages at the same time.

IE has tabs too..only mozilla still is faster.. :) i'm sticking with my mozilla.

i am also using mozilla.Its too faster than IE.But i have started the same discussion few week ago, some people said that IE is more better than mozilla.....

i am using firefox from a long time and i have know that from a very long time that firefox is faster than internet explorer...........i am shore firefox will replace internet explorer in few months.........

I work with both of them the firefox is faster and more safty then explprer.

Mozilla Firefix is anytime better than IE. I have been using it for a year now and finding it to be very useful. It has several feature like tabbed browsers and restoring feature that's quite awesome. Thankss.

firefox is much faster and ........is more secure than internet explorer.........i feel like newer versions of internet explorer are more slower than the old versions of internet explorer

I like the restoring feature too! It saved me a lot of times when I used firefox years ago.

well i dont think that it is slower i think its your internet connection because my internet explorer is pretty fast.

At last, you are in your senses. Although late, as they say, better late than never. You are right my friend, firefox is better than the internet explorer of windows. I like it and had been using it for 3 years now. Welcome to the world of the fire and the fox!

Hi Vianneyanzu. I used to use IE before but it run slower and then resorted to Opera. But then there are some pages that does not run well such as blogs so I resorted to Firefox and it has also been great. Now I use IE only for those requiring it.
