Best way to submit blogs and get Traffic?

I'm having this problem too. I want to increase traffic on my blog so I could earn already. Are you actively earning online? I've just started and I am very interested on succeeding. I'd be satisfied to have $10 or so that'd give me a sense of fulfillment already. :D

I think the better ways of getting traffic for blogs are.. SEO or Search Engine Optimization, Join to a forums or register your blog to the sites like ping-o-matic or stumbleupon etc... Thats the only ways I've know to get more traffic to your blog....

Frequent posts, at least one a week, so people have a reason to come back regularly. If the posts are good quality, other people with blogs might quote you and link up to you. Also, see if you can get mutual links with similar blogs. My traffic's gone up quite a bit since I've been on the Libertarian Party blogroll.
