Which way do you like your chicken done? It would be interesting to know. I actually like my chicken baked or barbequed. I am not a lover of fried chicken!

That is good to know you have given up on the fried chicken. Good step forward. Thanks for making that effort, even though it is somewhat difficult. I think evntually you will be glad you did healthwise. Good day to you.

For me this is a toss up between barbeque and fried. When I say fried I don't mean like KFC, I mean like the whole made skillet fried chicken that my mom makes. With Summer coming up, it is great to go out to the grill and through on some chicken smothered in barbeque sauce. It is even better to get it slow cooked with charcoal. I guess in the end I would have to go with the barbequed chicken. It is a tasty Summer treat and now this discussion has got me wanting some.

Summer is just around the corner! It was said that charcoal bbq chicken is finger licking good! They said the charcoal gives the food a better flavor. So enjoy your SUMMMER with some good old charcoal grilled chicken! Thank you for your response.

I love fried chicken with extra crispy skin but it is soo unhealthy for you. I do like bbz chicken and I like it baked once in awhile if it has some seasoning on it I dont like it blaned.

I can remember when I used to love eating that crispy chicken skin, but after I found out about the fat under the skin, it is not my cup of tea any more. Baked/Roasted is pretty good, as you said seasoned it right. Chicken without taste! It taste so good when you can actually taste the true seasoning.

you know what, in China there are lots of KFC in different cities. I think none children don't love it, so do I. But I can not eating too much of it co's my skin problem. We know that eating too much fried foods are not a good behaviour for our skin. It is easy to catch acne. I love chicken frankly speaking. It's delicious taste no matter how to cook it.

I love any meat done on the grill. I love to cook chicken and fish on the grill. I am not a huge fan of fried anything anymore. Chicken is best barbecued or baked.

Chicken meat is my favorite of all meats I've tasted. hehehe.. I love it roasted with spicy stuff all over it. I love it cooked by Kenny Rogers. They make good spicy roasted chicken. I also love bbq chicken. I also love fried chicken fresh out from the pan. Super yummy, I could live with that over and over again.

I also use the left over chicken meat for salads. That too is a plus for sandwiches. Thank you.

I like chicken curry the most followed by fried chicken. People in my place like are used to eat spicy chicken curry together with white rice. The are different flavors of chicken curry. I prefer the one which is cooked with potatoes.

I used to eat curry chicken, but it was a little too spicy, and would gave me indigestion, so I had to discontinue eating it. It sure was tasty. Your preference sounds good too.

So you have only tasted fried chicken huh! I must agree it is good. Baked chicken: seasoned and put it directly in the oven and allow it to bake until it is a nice juicy and golden brown in color. If you have a rotiserrie, that is even better, because you put the whole chicken on a split, all the oil is drained out and it is nice and tender. BBQ: just season the chicken and put in on the grill with some BBQ sauce, nothing to it really!

How about stir fried with lots of vegetable. There are loads of sauces you can put in your stir fry to flavour them, or you can use your own spices. I love my chicken stir fried with lots of veggies.
