I don't know what it is..other than the fact that I love nature as much as I do including flowers..but I have this insane need to take NUMEROUS flower shots for some reason....
I took this pic over the weekend when I was in Roch visiting the fam...when I loaded the pics up onto my computer last night I was pleasantly suprised at how this one turned out..
Are plants, flowers, folige your area or are you into taking pics of other things instead?

Very nice. You are a good photographer. I have literally hundreds of photos of my dogs. I also have many of my plants, houseplants and my outdoor patio planters.

That is a beautiful picture. I was surprized to find out last summer my husband was a great photographer. We were visiting the little community his Dad grew up in. I start looking at all the pictures on the camera when we got in the car. He took these awesome scenery shots. His parents were tickled pink when we developed them and gave them to them.

Ah! Right up my alley. I'm primarily a nature photographer to begin with, and one of my largest collections of photos are of flowers..in fact..as you know one of my photos with a butterfly on it was picked for the BreathingSpace part of Oprah's website--maybe you should give it a go and enter, no? Ya never know

Yes, I agree that this photograph turned out very well.
Very nice going!
It's very nice that you have your creative outlet and enjoy photographing flowers as much as you do!
Continue onward and continue to enjoy the beauty of flowers!

when I used to take pictures I always preferred to take pictures of people and animals, but my tastes have changed through the years and I would not mind taken puctures of flowers and more beautiful scenery now.

That image of tulips that you uploaded is so beautiful... i wanted to leave a comment but cannot since i am not in your friends list...
I always make it a point to take pictures of flowers everytime i go to Baguio (The Summer Capital of the Philippines)... but it has been years since i have been there... and i am itching to use my digital camera to have beautiful images again... hopefully by next year...

I love, love, LOVE to take photos of flowers and plants!!! I probably take more flower photos than any other subject matter!
There is just so much exquisite beauty to be found in nature! The texture and detail that can be found in flowers and plants is unlike anything else! The colors can be so vibrant and lively!
Flowers and plants definitely make for some excellent subject matter!

I am not a photographer but I do love flowers, and all of nature. I am enjoying seeing a lot of tulips in flower now. Their flowering season always seems so short, so I look forward to them every year.
I love your photo of the tulips. I like looking at pictures of flowers.
