have you ever had an accident with a deer or a moose?

we were up north (north eastern ontario) and hung out with friends that live up there and he was telling us about a recent accident that he had with a deer.. fortunately he was not hurt, but his car was quite damaged...
accidents are pretty scary anyways, but i imagine that an accident with a deer would be even worse!

my mother had a deer just bounce off the hood of her car and the entire hood had to be replaced it was kind of funny she got the replacement hood from the pick a part place and all they had was a white hood to fit her grey car so for months she drove around with a grey cary with a white streak

I had a Very close call where my car drove between two moose on the highway!!! It was very dark and I didnt see them until the last moment and didnt have time to stop! I think an accident with a moose would be worse...deer are much smaller....
