Do you have ideas on how to stop oil prices from raising

I have a few. #1 help save gas.(car pool,air up tires,stop oil leaks,don`t change oil every 3000 to 5000 mi,change oil filter only,then fill it back up with a good oil stsbilizer,you can get another 3000 mi ouy of your oil before a oil change.this wiil save you money and oil.) #2 go to energy saver light bulbs in your house.
#3 everything thats plastic is made from oil. so do not buy plastic products.use glass and paper,metal,wood,
I know this will be hard cause everything around us is made of plastic,but thats whats wrong,we need to change that.

Yeah I have a few ways but I doubt it will work. For one thing for all new cars they should put in a hybrid engine even though the gas prices wont go down people wont have to buy gas nerely as much. But I doubt that would work it might be to expensive for them to do. But if I was the president I would try to make it happen and give them a few million or billion dollars to make it happen.
