How?Can People With Less Than 500 Posts,Can Still Put Web Links In Tthere Posts

I've notice that some people who have just started posting can enter web links into their discussions or posts,i tried to add a limk to one of my posts and a warning popped up and stated that i could not paste until i had 500 posts and if i did to log back on.What i want to know is how are newbies mylotters getting around this and still able to post their web links.
