When you are feeling blue, what cheers you up. Is there a memory or thought you treasure that you can conjure up whenever needs be?

You know I never thought of that.. if I get down, there's too many bad memories.. But what I do is put a time limit on any negative thinking (and replace with positive). Watching a movie or reading a very interesting book helps too.

"When I'm feeling blue, all I have to do, is take a look at you" is one of the popular song out there that make some sense to many. Personally, when I'm downcast and feeling blue, I encouraged myself in the Lord, I sing gospel songs that uplift my spirit to go on and get back up. I remember David in the Bible whose family were held captives by the enemy and many of his men were faint but he encouraged himself in the Lord! I think that's what we do to cheer ourself...
