How many people here have been affected by impaired driving?

I am wondering who here has been either directly affected or indirectly affected my imparied driving .. Someone who has been drunk or possibly high on drugs while driving. Maybe someone has a friend or family member that they have lost due to a drunk driver .. Or they were the drunk driver themselves. Or maybe they have read articles in the paper about victims of drunk driving. Also what do you think of the subject?
