Talladega...Did you watch?

I thought the Nascar race at Talladega was really great this weekend.It was a reminder of how "Edge of your seat" exciting restrictor plate racing used to be. For the first time in many years cars could actually pass each other and take a shot at a win. Two cars could line up in a draught together bumping , banging and pushing down the backstretch could gather in the leaders like crazy. This was one of those Talladega races where you new that almost anyone in the field could have a shot at a win if they had just the right draughting partner. I can remember a race that took place in the 80's that one of my local modified racing heroes ran.Ron Bouchard actually beat Darrell Waltrip back to the finish line in what was one of the most exciting races ever at that track.
