How do you stay healthy?

For me, i always go for ball games to keep fit, how about you?

gym n kickboxing - i like it
i go to d gym regularly. i dont take junk food. i sleep for 6 to 7 hrs daily. i wake up at 4.30 am n practice some kick boxing.. dats how i maintain my fitness.

I try to find some sort of physical activity to do during the week, even if it's just doing some yard work, unpacking boxes (we just moved in a few weeks ago) or playing with my daughter.

Yes that is great, i also sometimes walk the stairs instead of using lift.
