Many people say that if you eat and exercise you will live at least to 100.
But remember your life can be taken away in a instant.
So how do you live?
I live, by enjoying the years that I'm living, I can actually tell you that I live life to the fullest. Because to me is how good the years were.

The average of human life is about 60-70 years old. I don't know if this is a fact or not. But we need to be ready in sense of our heart, behaviour and everything we do. We don't know when is the day we leave everything in this world. Maybe tomorrow or day after tomorrow or months or years. Thats God wills... I spend the rest of my life by enjoying happy life, making people happy, take good of my children and everything that make me happy until the end of my life.

I don't know how true that is.
I've honestly never had much of an expectation of living past 40 if I even make it there, because my life's so crazy and full of hardship...plus I live my life to the fullest, which often means taking risks a lesser me never would have.
I can live my life in fear.
Truly living, appreciating every breath..everything in my life from the simple things like food and being able to bathe regularly to the blessings which are friends...is so rare in people, but I can honestly say I do it, because I've learned from my hard past that life needs to be taken, not just let be. You have to do what you love, and do what you can and want, to the best of your ability..and learn from the bad things, or else...life is just a hollow existance.
I don't base life on how good the years are, or how long I live. I base life on what I learn and what I can say I've had.
I've had friends, I've known love...I've helped people.
That's how I measure my life, heh.

Thats a really difficult one for me to answer. I'm very unsure. I know that I want to live a long and happy life. But what good is 100 years if they aren't being enjoyed. Right now, I am not living my life to its fullest. It is really upsetting, because it makes me feel as though I have nothing to live for. Which makes me dread my the long life ahead of me. But I believe if I do start living my life as much as I possibly can, 100 years will go by too quickly. I'm taking small steps to make myself happy in life, and to make it all feel worth it. So if I can have that sort of life, as well as a long one, I think I would have the perfect combination.
