Did our government created this panic to divert our fellowmen's attention or is it really true? Before the rice shortage issue, the media feasted about the ZTE deal issue. With the rice shortage issue? The ZTE deal scandal's almost faced out from the TV. Oh well. PGMA's really a genius.
