How much???

During summer regular water intake for me is around 5 litres a day. If i am roaming around then there will be few more litres added to the intake, it is a must to keep your body temperature controlled. During winter and rainy season some thing like 2 or 3 litres is more than enough i guess. cause i cant go to the rest room very often since at work place it would look some thing silly.

I don't drink very much water, but I am trying to drink more. I drank one and a half twenty ounce bottles yesterday.

I always have a bottle of water handy it is a 20oz. and i fill it up at least 5 times a day.

I take meds with drink but pretty much the rest of the time I drink water. How much I don't know cause I have a 32 oz glass and just keep filling it back up.
