When you log into PayPal, you will see an "Add Credit Card" option. Go into that and enter the information for your Debit Card. You can also add your checking account directly by using the "Add Bank Account" option...

Yes, the three digit authorization code is on a debit card. It is on the back of the card on the strip right below the signature line.
