Ok well I'm going to start High school next year and It's getting harder on me because I can go into normal classes or IB classes... Well if you wondering what an IB class is, well it's practicably a class with more discussions, expressing your self and thinking outside the box... But this is the part I'm worried about, going into IB classes is going to be Awesome, but I heard from so many people that it's going to put alot of stress on you, Well I'm still trying to decide, so ya It's hard when you have do decide betting things that affect your future...

It indeed will put a lot of stress on you, but not because they ask you big bunches of work (which sometimes takes place), but because you are required to be a master in all the areas to do well on your IB examinations. The good thing about it is that there's no way you don't learn what you are supposed to. IB is about wishing to stand out from your classmates, and if you cannot do it more than well simply IB is not for you. You must always be willing to do it perfectly, to be creative and to think beyond. Try it only if you think you'll be able to cope with it, and if you are willing to terminate all you social reltionships. Because yes, IB will take that away. Good luck on it. IB is a great experience.

hmm well it's definitely stressful and at least you know that much. Some colleges dont even recognize IB and favor AP more but it is well known internationally. Some colleges give you credit if you pass your IB tests after the four years but in the end I'm quite happy i joined IB because i know ive learned a lots. Your writing skills will improve and you will learn what college is like and if you're lucky IB will be harder than college so it definitely prepares you. I say join it if you're up for a challenge and like learning
