Pay For Clicking and Surveys

Do you believe paying to click for hours and hours a day is worth it? Taking surveys that might not come everyday? Would you do something different if there was a program that paid large amounts of money and didn't take hours a day to do? I'm interested because I tried them a long time ago and my friend still does. It consumed a lot of my time and the effort wasn't rewarded with any big amount of money.
