what do you think of guys wearing the jeans below their behind?

There is this one guy that walked into my store. His pants where below his behind held up with a belt with boxers on. It looked like the behind of the jeans was hanging past his knees. Short tee shirt so you could see what he had on.
Dont get me wrong I'm all about style but my gosh I wanted to pull his pants up for him-LOL Sometimes I'm amazed at the things I see-LOL
What do you think?

It makes me want to run up to them and either pull their trousers down completely or pull them up to make them look tidy!!
My 16 year old wears his like that and you can see the whole of his undies, especially when he bends over, I always say to him, make sure your bum is clean because if you sweat everyone will know you have not wiped properly!!!

I cant stand that look either I so want to tell them pull your darn pants up you look silly. I mean they even walk funny cause there pants are almost around there knees.

I wonder why put pants on if you're just going to cover your legs. I thought they were made to cover your butt. My son wears his pants like this and it drives me nuts. We're constantly saying pull your pants up.

Kids think it looks hip. It never does any good to tell them does it? cause they still do it-LOL
My daughter wears all black-gothic. I hate black. I made the mistake once of telling her so-she wears it constantly now.

I always want to go pull them up for them, too...lol. I personally can't stand that look and can't imagine how it is even mildly comfortable. But, at least the boxers are usually colorful and add some creative interest...it could be worse...haha.

If my pants are the least bit baggy I give them to goodwill. And get me something else.
Your right about the boxers. But really showing off your underware is cool? Heck I'm mortified if I find a whole in the wrong spot-LOL
